3000m3/h High-flow Drainage Trailer for Delivery and Training in Yunnan Province

During the critical period of flood prevention in the rainy season in Yunnan Province, Huangshan Zhongguantai Special Equipment Co., Ltd. recently went to Yunnan to complete the delivery of a 3000m²/h large-flow drainage trailer and simultaneously conducted specialized operation training. The large-flow equipment delivered this time is specifically designed for the mountainous terrain and concentrated rainfall scenarios in Yunnan. It combines "standard acceptance + scenario-based teaching" to ensure that the equipment can quickly be transformed into flood prevention practical capabilities, providing core equipment support for the southwestern mountainous areas to deal with large-scale water accumulation caused by heavy rain and river branch overflow disasters.

 

At the delivery site, the company team and the Yunnan customers strictly followed the "data verification - equipment inspection - function demonstration" full-process acceptance procedure: First, they handed over the complete set of technical materials including the factory test report of the equipment, the special manual for large-flow pump sets, and the list of mountain operation compatible accessories, to ensure the compliance of equipment traceability; then, they focused on verifying the core performance of the 3000m/h drainage trailer - taking into account the narrow mountain roads and limited sites in Yunnan, they demonstrated the modular deployment process of the equipment on-site, which could be completed within 5 minutes, and its 3000 cubic meters per hour pumping efficiency could quickly drain large areas of water in mountainous villages (compared with the traditional equipment, the efficiency was improved by 2 times), and the anti-slip traction design suitable for muddy mountain road conditions solved the problems of equipment transportation and deployment in mountainous areas.

 

The training session was tailored to meet the flood prevention needs of Yunnan Province: The theoretical part detailed the pressure regulation of pump groups under high-flow conditions, the equipment fixation techniques for mountainous terrain, and the safety operation norms during rainy season thunderstorms. The practical operation part simulated typical scenarios such as "stormwater drainage in mountainous villages" and "disposal of internal flooding along the river tributaries", with technicians guiding the trainees step by step to complete key operations such as connecting large-flow pipelines, regulating flow levels, and quickly cleaning filters (due to the high sediment content in mountainous area water accumulation). At the same time, the trainees' ability to independently handle practical problems such as "emergency switching when pipelines are blocked" and "anti-slip fixation of equipment on mountain slopes" was also assessed. Ultimately, all trainees met the standards. The photos taken on-site clearly recorded the process of both parties verifying equipment parameters, demonstrating the effect of large-flow drainage, and the trainees performing pipeline connection operations, restoring the efficient and pragmatic atmosphere of the training session.
