In June 2025, the technical engineering team of Huangshan Zhongguantai Special Equipment Co., Ltd. traveled to Qinhuangdao to complete the delivery training for flood prevention equipment for local customers. This training closely targeted the flood prevention needs of the coastal city of Qinhuangdao. Through systematic teaching and practical exercises, it ensured that the customer team comprehensively mastered the operation norms of the equipment, laying a technical guarantee foundation for the upcoming main flood season. This is also an important practice of the company in responding to the upgrade needs of emergency equipment in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

 

In response to the requirements put forward by the Flood Control Office of Qinhuangdao City, namely "strengthening the practical operation ability of equipment and improving the efficiency of emergency response", this training has established a full-process standardized service system. At the training site, the technical team first handed over a complete set of technical materials including the factory inspection report and maintenance manual. Subsequently, the training focused on teaching the core parameters of flood control equipment, safety operation procedures, daily maintenance points, and emergency fault resolution. Considering the characteristics of the local coastal area, where there are many flood-prone areas and complex terrain, special scenario-based practical training was added, such as simulating the drainage of water accumulation in low-lying urban areas and emergency drainage in underground garages. The training aimed to cultivate the trainees' ability to deploy equipment and handle emergencies in complex environments. Through the closed-loop training mode of "theoretical explanation - on-site demonstration - trainee practical operation - assessment and acceptance", all trainees successfully passed the practical operation assessment and acquired independent operation capabilities.

 

This training delivery not only implemented the work plan of "Improving Practical Skills for Flood Control Equipment" in Qinhuangdao City, but also demonstrated the company's "Equipment + Service" full-cycle service concept. According to the service commitment, the company will continue to provide remote technical support and regular inspection services during the warranty period, helping customers ensure that the equipment is in a good combat-ready state.
