In July 2025, Zhongguantai provided a specialized operation training session on hydraulic drainage equipment for the customers in Hengshui. Through a combination of "in-depth theoretical explanation and practical scenario operation", the training aimed to help the customer team master the application skills of the equipment, ensuring that the flood control equipment could be "deployed promptly, used effectively, and drained quickly" during the flood season.

This training closely addresses the flood prevention needs of Hengshui region and is specifically designed based on these requirements. The theoretical part focuses on the core technology of hydraulic drainage trailers - from the working principle of the hydraulic system, pressure regulation techniques in different water accumulation scenarios, to key points of daily equipment inspection (such as the replacement cycle of hydraulic oil and the detection of pipeline sealing), the technical team, in combination with common water accumulation scenarios in low-lying areas of cities and farmland drainage in Hengshui, breaks down the equipment adaptation operation methods; the practical operation part uses on-site equipment as the carrier, simulating real working conditions such as "water accumulation drainage in the garage of a residential area after heavy rain" and "emergency drainage in low-lying sections of industrial parks", guiding trainees to complete rapid equipment deployment, pipeline connection, emergency shutdown and simple fault troubleshooting, especially for problems such as unstable pressure in the hydraulic system and pipeline leakage, demonstrating the rapid detection and handling procedures.

Throughout the training process, a focus was placed on "the integration of theory and practice", and an operational assessment section was set up: The trainees were required to independently complete the simulation of single equipment startup and drainage, as well as the collaborative operation of multiple equipment. The technical team evaluated each item from aspects such as operational standardization, response speed, and problem-solving ability. Eventually, all the trainees met the standards. The photos taken on-site vividly captured the trainees concentrating on the practical operations, the technicians bending over to provide guidance, and the efficient operation of the equipment during the assessment scenario, restoring the solid atmosphere of the training.

As an important extension of equipment services, this special training in Hengshui further improved the full-cycle service chain of "delivery + training" of Huangshan Zhongguantai. In the future, the company will continue to track the equipment usage situation of the Hengshui customers, provide specialized technical support for the hydraulic system within the warranty period, help the local area build a technical defense line for flood season drainage and emergency rescue, and truly exert the emergency guarantee value of hydraulic drainage equipment.
