In June 2025, Huangshan Zhongguantai Special Equipment Co., Ltd. went deep into Langfang, Hebei Province, to conduct a practical flood prevention exercise and accompanying training for local customers on drainage trailers. Using the "scenario-based practical operation + precise teaching" model, the company aimed to help customers master the emergency application skills of drainage trailers and provide practical equipment and technical support for the flood prevention work in Langfang during the rainy season.

This event closely aligned with the flood prevention needs of the Langfang city. It specifically simulated typical scenarios such as water accumulation in low-lying urban sections, underground garage flooding in communities, and emergency drainage along riverbanks. During the exercise, the technical team demonstrated the rapid deployment process of the drainage trailer on-site - from equipment positioning, pipe connection to startup and operation, completing the preparation for a single trailer's drainage within just 15 minutes. Its 200 cubic meters per hour drainage efficiency effectively addressed the pain points of traditional drainage equipment, such as "slow deployment and narrow coverage". At the same time, the team also guided the customers to conduct a collaborative operation exercise for multiple trailers, simulating the drainage plan for large water accumulation areas, and strengthening the equipment coordination ability in emergency scenarios.

The training session was carried out in a closed-loop format of "theory + practical operation + assessment": Firstly, the technical manual and maintenance checklist of the drainage trailer were handed over to the customers, detailing the core parameters of the equipment and the key points of daily maintenance; then, based on the simulation scenarios, the trainees were guided step-by-step on operating the equipment for starting and stopping, pressure adjustment, and fault detection; finally, through the practical operation assessment, the trainees' independent operation ability was verified, ensuring that everyone could operate the equipment and the equipment could be effectively managed. The photos taken on the spot vividly captured the scenes of the trailer operating loudly, the trainees concentrating on the practical operation, and the technical team bending over to provide guidance. This truly recreated the solid atmosphere of the practical training.

As an important measure for the company to serve the flood control work in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, this flood control drill in Langfang not only demonstrated the flexible combat advantages of the drainage trailer but also practiced the service concept of "testing equipment through actual combat and strengthening capabilities through training".
