This equipment is composed of the main cabin body, lifting mechanism, drainage pump set, generator set, reel conveyor, control system and lifting lighting fixtures, among other key components. The main cabin body is made of high-strength corrosion-resistant materials, with dimensions of ≤1650mm (length) × 1300mm (width) × 2750mm (height). The internal layout is reasonable, capable of accommodating core equipment; the lifting mechanism is designed according to GJB military standards, using high-strength alloy steel, with smooth and precise lifting, meeting the requirements for rapid deployment; the drainage pump set is an efficient permanent magnet synchronous motor axial flow pump (portable submersible pump), with a flow rate of 500m3/h and a head of ≥10m when the head is 500m3/h, rated power ≤22kW, efficiency ≥60%, protection level IP67; it is equipped with a 22kW gasoline generator set (rotational speed 3600r/min), which starts quickly and runs stably, providing power for the system and supporting on-site lighting; the reel conveyor can automatically wind and unwind the drainage pipes (dimensions ≤600mm × 580mm × 54mm), improving rescue efficiency; the control system is variable frequency control, with a visual operation interface, capable of real-time monitoring of operating parameters and providing multiple safety protections (such as leakage and overload protection), with the control cabinet protection level ≥/P55; the lifting lighting fixtures support remote control operation, can complete lifting within 30 seconds, and the illumination at 3 meters is ≥80x, protection level ≥IP65.
