1. Chassis and Cabin Design
The vehicle is based on the QINGLING ISUZU four-wheel drive pickup truck chassis with a total mass of 3460kg. It measures 5402×1877×2550mm in size. The engine has a power output of 105kw and meets the National VI emission standards. It is powerful and has excellent off-road capabilities. The main body of the cabin is made of high-strength corrosion-resistant materials such as aluminum alloy. The interior space is compactly arranged and integrates core equipment such as a generator set, drainage pump set, and control system. It features a noise reduction design (noise ≤ 70 decibels at 1 meter) and is suitable for complex environment operations. It is equipped with a hydraulic self-loading and unloading lifting mechanism, allowing the cabin to be independently lifted and deployed quickly without occupying vehicle indicators, enhancing mobility and flexibility."

Equipped with a 32KW Yuchai Euro III engine and a Liebherr generator (or a 22KW gasoline generator set), it starts quickly and operates stably. The generator set has an automatic speed regulation function, with stable output voltage, and is compatible with various electrical equipment."
"3. Drainage System
Equipped with a large-flow portable submersible pump, the single pump can deliver a flow rate of 500-600 m³/h and has a lift height of 8-10 m. It uses a permanent magnet synchronous motor (with protection grades IP67/IP68), and the hydraulic components are made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials. It can pass through 25 mm solid particles and is suitable for complex water quality. The standard configuration includes a 20-meter waterproof cable and hose (with quick connectors), along with a polyurethane float ring. Installation is convenient and efficient."
"4. Intelligent Control and Lighting
The control system adopts a variable frequency design (Delta frequency converter), equipped with a visual operation interface, which can monitor parameters such as current, voltage, and speed in real time. It has multiple protection functions including leakage, overvoltage, and undervoltage, and supports button and remote control operations. The lighting system includes a lifting-type LED lamp that can rotate 360°. The remote control lifting time is ≤ 30 seconds, and the illuminance at 3 meters is ≥ 80x, meeting the requirements for night operations."
