Zhonghui Techeng brand ISUZU single-row seat 2000m3/h drainage rescue vehicle is a specialized emergency drainage equipment modified from the ISUZU chassis by Huangshan Zhongguangtai Special Equipment Co., Ltd. The total vehicle weight is 8,495 kg, meeting the national VI emission standards. It has the qualification for the national Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's announcement and can be legally registered. This vehicle is specially designed for emergency drainage needs in various scenarios. 1. Power and Chassis Performance
Equipped with Qingling-Zengliang inline four-cylinder diesel engine, with a power of 139kW and a maximum speed of 110km/h. The engine is powerful and suitable for long-distance mobility. The chassis adopts a 4×2 drive form, with a wheelbase of 3815mm and a vehicle size of 7020×2385×2885mm. It has excellent through-ability and can flexibly navigate through urban streets and rural roads. The cab is equipped with 3 seats (with three-point seat belts), original air conditioning, 24V on-board power supply and USB interface. It is also equipped with a 360° panoramic driving recorder, front and rear radars, reverse camera, tire pressure monitoring system and a 100W alarm, and is paired with an ABS anti-lock braking system to ensure driving safety and passenger comfort."
"2. Efficient Drainage System
Equipped with 4 portable submersible pumps, each pump can deliver a flow rate of 500 m³/h at a head of 10 meters, with a total drainage capacity of 2000 m³/h. Under maximum working conditions (at a head of 8 meters), the flow rate of each pump is 600 m³/h, and the total flow rate can reach 2400 m³/h, with water being discharged quickly within 3-5 seconds. The pumps use permanent magnet synchronous motors and can pass through solid particles of 25 mm. The pump body and core components are made of high-strength alloy or stainless steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. Each pump is standardly equipped with 20 meters of waterproof cable and 20 meters of wear-resistant water hose (a total of 80 meters for the entire vehicle), and the interface uses an IP67 quick waterproof connector, which is suitable for complex water quality and humid environments.
3. Intelligent Control and Power Assurance
Supports remote control via mobile APP or computer terminal, allowing real-time monitoring of parameters such as pump speed, current, and voltage, enabling one-click start and unmanned operation; each pump is equipped with an independent frequency conversion control cabinet (with protection level IP55 and ≥1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate material), which can adjust the speed to control the drainage volume and is compatible with diesel generator sets and grid power dual power supply modes. It is equipped with a 100KW Cummins-Stanford generator set (with Euro III emission standards), and the fuel tank capacity meets the requirements for 8-hour full-load operation. It is equipped with a dual power switch system and an emergency stop button to ensure stable power supply, and can also provide emergency power support for other equipment at the rescue site."
"4. Professional Operation Design
The upper body adopts an all-in-one closed cabin made of lightweight and high-strength alloy material, featuring fireproof, rainproof, soundproof, noise reduction, and flame retardant properties. The interior is reasonably divided into power compartment, storage compartment, maintenance area, and duty rest room (equipped with air conditioning, bunk beds, 220V sockets, and water dispenser), meeting the requirements of modular operation. The exterior of the cabin is painted in engineering yellow warning color (customizable text can be provided upon request), and is equipped with long rows of warning lights and 1.8-meter height adjustable LED lighting (2×1000W, luminous flux ≥ 3000lm, 360° horizontal rotation, 330° vertical rotation, supporting wireless remote control and manual control), ensuring clear visibility during night operations. The entire vehicle is equipped with 2 dry powder fire extinguishers, a dedicated grounding device (including a 10-meter grounding wire) and a lightning protection system. The water pump has automatic alarm and protection functions for overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, phase loss, short circuit, and overheating, and can automatically or manually restore and recover from faults. All electrical interfaces adopt IP67-level waterproof design. The body is treated with multiple layers of anti-corrosion treatment, capable of operating in all-weather conditions, and complies with the requirements of GB7258-2017 ""Technical Conditions for Motor Vehicle Operation Safety"".
