Overview
The drainage electric pump trailer series (ZGT-500/1000/2000 models) is an efficient emergency drainage equipment independently developed by Huangshan Zhongguangtai Special Equipment Co., Ltd. It includes three specifications: 500m3/h, 1000m3/h, and 2000m3/h. It is specially designed for flood control and emergency rescue, municipal drainage, and engineering emergency situations. The series of products adopts a trailer structure as the carrier, integrating diesel power generation, electric drainage, intelligent control, and auxiliary lighting systems. It features flexible mobility, efficient drainage, and intelligent operation, and can meet the rapid response needs for different scale water accumulation emergencies.

1. Overall design and maneuverability
All adopt a steel structure frame trailer chassis, equipped with torsion bridge shock absorption, driving mechanical inertia braking and parking braking systems. The driving speed is 30 km/h, the turning speed is 10 km/h, and it can adapt to three-level roads and low-speed off-road conditions. The chassis contains 4 adjustable support legs (with mechanical swing arms), which can be flexibly disassembled to ensure operational stability. The entire vehicle adopts an integrated rainproof and silent body (≥1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate, electrostatically sprayed anti-rust), with internal filling of sound insulation cotton. The noise at 7 meters is ≤80 dB, and it has the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions."
"2. Power and Control System
Equipped with Weichai diesel generator sets, with power ranging from 30KW to 120KW, meeting the emission standards of National III. The fuel tank capacity can support full-power operation for more than 8 hours. It is equipped with a digital intelligent control system, featuring a Chinese visual interface, supporting remote start and stop, with multiple protection functions such as overcurrent, leakage, undervoltage, and overheating, and equipped with an emergency stop button to ensure operational safety.
3. Core Configuration of Drainage System
Portable submersible water pump, single pump rated flow 500m²/h (head 10m), using permanent magnet synchronous motor (protection grade IP68), the hydraulic components (impeller, pump shaft, etc.) are made of 304 stainless steel as one piece, capable of passing through 25mm solid particles, adaptable to complex water quality. Standardly equipped with DN200 polyester filament polyurethane water hose (working pressure 0.9MPa, burst pressure 3.2MPa) and polyurethane float ring, the hose joint is a stainless steel quick connector, facilitating quick deployment."
"4. Auxiliary Functions and Safety
The exterior of the enclosure is equipped with warning lights and reflective strips. Optional features include a lifting light system (2×100W LED, lifting height 1.2m, 360° rotation) and a collision avoidance radar module (measurement range ≥ 4m, accuracy 0.05m). A maintenance tool kit is provided with the vehicle, facilitating on-site maintenance.
This series is widely applied in flood emergency drainage (urban flooding, low-lying areas, tunnel water accumulation), construction site drainage (basements, underground garages), agricultural drought resistance and irrigation, and fire-fighting remote water supply, among other fields.
