Emergency Drill for Rescue Operations in the Chemical Industrial Park

Simulation scenario: A storage tank leakage in a chemical industrial park caused a fire, accompanied by the evaporation of toxic gases. Traditional equipment was restricted by explosion-proof requirements and could not operate at close range.
Specialized equipment configuration:
1. Explosion-proof dry powder fire truck:
Carrying 10 tons of ABC type dry powder extinguishing agent, equipped with an explosion-proof electronic control system, implementing oxygen deprivation fire extinguishing at a distance of 30 meters from the fire source, with a spraying pressure of 1.2 MPa, and a coverage diameter of 50 meters;
2. Robot demolition rescue unit:
Dispatching an explosion-proof robot to carry hydraulic shears to break open the storage tank valves, simultaneously transmitting on-site videos to the command center to avoid personnel entering the dangerous area.
Cooperation verification: Jointly conducting emergency drills with a certain chemical group, this plan was included in the recommended equipment list of the "Guidelines for Handling Hazardous Chemical Accidents".
