Scene background: A second-tier city was hit by a once-in-a-century heavy rainfall. The drainage system in the old urban area broke down. In an area of 3 square kilometers, the water depth reached 1.5 meters, posing a threat to the safety of over 5,000 households and commercial facilities. 

Technical Response:

1.Modular drainage vehicle group collaborative operation:

Deploy 3 large-flow drainage vehicles (each with a drainage capacity of ≥ 5000m²/h), equipped with diesel engine-driven hydraulic pumps. They are connected in parallel through quick connectors to form a "mobile pumping station", completing the main road drainage within 2 hours;

Pair with amphibious drainage robots (with a water crossing depth of 2 meters), entering narrow areas such as underground garages, using remote control to avoid personnel safety risks.

2. Application of Intelligent Scheduling System:

Through Beidou positioning and the IoT platform, real-time monitoring of each vehicle's operation data (flow, pressure, energy consumption) is carried out, and the drainage points are dynamically adjusted. Compared with traditional manual scheduling, the efficiency has been improved by 60%.

Expected efficacy: In simulated scenarios, the core area drainage was completed within 4 hours, which was 50% shorter than the disposal time of conventional municipal equipment. It was also verified and approved by the technical department of the provincial emergency management bureau.
