Reach the Flooded Core Even When Roads Are Cut Off

Articulated Two-Body Design - Rough Terrain Made Easy
The vehicle adopts a two-body articulated structure: the front body is the operator cab, the rear body carries the pumping equipment, and the two are connected by a central articulation joint. The vehicle can pitch and snake over uneven ground, and a mechanical lock provides full four-track drive when needed. Four 600 mm wide tracks give it high obstacle clearance, wide trench-crossing ability and low ground pressure: trench crossing 1,500 mm or more, vertical obstacle climbing 800 mm, maximum gradeability 30 degrees or more, maximum side slope 20 degrees or more. The overall size is 10,000 x 2,300 x 2,700 mm - compact enough for narrow country roads and levee tops. From silt-covered streets after urban waterlogging to lake shoals and embankment slopes, the vehicle keeps its grip and keeps pushing toward the flooded core.

Amphibious - Proven in a Real River Test
Conventional drainage equipment has to stop at rivers and lakes. This one does not: with a sealed hull and track propulsion, it swims across rivers, lakes and shallow water at 7 km/h or faster with no preparation at all, while its maximum road speed reaches 45 km/h or more for fast highway transfer. The vehicle has already passed full field tests in a natural river: it drove into the water, crossed deep and shallow sections, then deployed its pumps on the spot - a complete enter-cross-pump sequence that proves the amphibious capability under real conditions.

3-Ton Payload - Arrive and Start Pumping
The rear equipment bay carries a payload of 3 tons or more: submersible electric pumps, hoses, float rings and other dewatering equipment. Zhongguangtai's own submersible pumps cover single-pump flow rates of 150-1,500 m3/h with heads of 8-50 m, and the control cabinet supports remote operation. Once at the flooded site, the crew unlashes and starts pumping within minutes - turning the vehicle into a mobile pump station. A 180 kW engine powers both driving and pumping, 400 mm ground clearance keeps the underbody safe in shallow water and mud, and the working temperature range of -25 to +46 degrees C covers everything from spring snowmelt in the north to typhoon season in the south.

One Vehicle, Many Missions
Beyond flood drainage, the vehicle also serves: emergency dewatering of large flooded areas such as breached levees and flood detention zones; drainage of farmland, wetlands and shoals where wheeled equipment cannot enter; transport of personnel and supplies when earthquakes or debris flows cut the roads; and close-range water supply for wildfire fighting. One vehicle, three core abilities - get in, pump out, carry through - an ideal upgrade for emergency management, fire and rescue, water resources and professional response teams.

Get In With No Road. Pump Wherever There Is Water.
That is the capability the Articulated Tracked Drainage Vehicle delivers. Huangshan Zhongguangtai supports full customization and fast delivery - contact us for a selection proposal tailored to your mission profile.
