1. Product Overview
The motor tricycle fire truck is a compact firefighting vehicle independently developed and manufactured by Huangshan Zhongguangtai. It integrates driving, water storage, high-pressure fire suppression and road sprinkling functions in one unit, and is specifically designed for the narrow roads, alleys and lanes commonly found in townships, villages, urban streets and old residential districts, where large fire trucks cannot pass.
The first 3-5 minutes of a fire are the golden window for initial suppression. With its compact body and small turning radius, this mini fire truck can quickly travel through village roads, back alleys and internal factory lanes to reach the fire scene, bring an early-stage fire under control, and gain valuable time before the professional fire brigade arrives.

3. Product Structure
The vehicle consists of five core modules: fire pump, warning light, chassis, water tank and fire monitor.
4. Core Firefighting Equipment
4.1 1500 L Water Tank System
The tank is welded from 2.5 mm low-carbon steel with full seam welding and an internal pressure-resistant structure. It features a top quick-open manhole, overflow pipe, bottom drain ball valve and tank outlet flange.
● Dual anti-corrosion: food-grade epoxy coating inside for long-term water immersion, rust and scale resistance; high-temperature electrostatic red paint outside
● Water level limit: overflow port at the maximum water level discharges excess water automatically, preventing overflow onto the chassis during driving
● Drainage maintenance: drain valve at the lowest tank point discharges sediment and rust regularly, protecting the pump impeller from clogging
● Shock mounting: multiple fixing brackets with rubber buffers lock the tank onto the chassis frame, isolating driving vibration and preventing weld-seam fatigue leakage
4.2 Fire Monitor (Water Cannon)
● Dual mode — straight stream / spray: one-knob switching; straight stream delivers a concentrated jet with a range ≥ 30 m; spray mode produces an umbrella mist for large-area cooling and isolating combustible vapor
● Multi-angle adjustment: hand-wheel controlled 360° horizontal rotation and -10° to +60° elevation, adjustable by a single person
● Compatible with all three water sources: tank water, hydrant supply and open-water suction can all feed the monitor through the pipework
● Operating platform: rear platform beside the monitor for clearing blockages and daily greasing
4.3 High-Pressure Fire Pump
The fire pump is directly driven via a coupling by a XBL 212cc single-cylinder 4-stroke air-cooled gasoline engine. The centrifugal pump generates vacuum suction and discharge pressure through high-speed impeller rotation.
● Power configuration: 212cc gasoline engine, 7.5 HP, independent fuel tank, electric start with recoil backup
● Structure: integrated 12V electric vacuum priming unit, automatic pressure relief after shutdown, drain plug at the pump bottom for winter freeze protection
● Operating safety: never run the centrifugal pump dry for extended periods — dry running will quickly destroy the water seal and permanently damage the pump
● Three water sources: tank discharge (high flow, 20 L/s) / municipal hydrant (inlet pressure kept < 0.4 MPa) / open-water suction (suction depth up to 7 m)
4.4 Warning and Electrical System
● Roof warning strobe: red fire warning light, switched on while responding to alert surrounding traffic and pedestrians, powered by the tricycle battery
● Vehicle wiring harness: connects battery and warning light, protected and bundled to avoid abrasion and short circuits against metal parts
● Original vehicle electrics: headlight, turn signals, horn and instruments all included; the electrical system serves lighting and signals only, not the fire pump

6. Multi-Purpose — Water Sprinkling Function
Beyond firefighting, the vehicle integrates a road sprinkling function based on the same water tank, dedicated gasoline fire pump and fire monitor circuit — covering road dust suppression, road washing, greening irrigation, site cooling and waste-site dust control. Sprinkling and firefighting share the same pump-valve water circuit; no extra equipment is required.
● Mode 1: stationary sprinkling with the vehicle parked
● Mode 2: sprinkling while driving at low speed
● Monitor adjustment: aim the rear fire monitor at the ground to one side and switch the nozzle to spray mode for fan-shaped coverage
