Two tonnes of water independently handles early fires in homes, shops, workshops and stockpiles — continuous jetting for 8-12 minutes without an external source, enough to hold the fire until reinforcements arrive.

5. Body Structure

The body is a one-piece structure with a flat roof. It uses a skeleton-sandwich design: outer skin of 2.0 mm automotive alumina sheet over anti-rust treated welded steel tubes, providing fire resistance, rain proofing, noise reduction and flame retardancy. The vehicle is finished in fire-truck red with warning markings.

Three aluminum roller-shutter compartments on each side feature built-in rubber dust and water seals. Each bay is functionally organized — water intake, firefighting equipment — storing all accessories for the three water supply modes. A dedicated PPE compartment stores protective suits, helmets, SCBA cylinders, fire gloves, boots and safety ropes.

Three Water Supply Modes

- Tank discharge: operating mode 1 (20 L/s, 1.0 MPa) — high flow for fast suppression;

- Municipal hydrant: inlet pressure kept below 0.4 MPa, operating mode 1 or 2;

- Open-water suction (rivers/ponds): operating mode 3, using the 7 m maximum suction lift to draw natural water sources.

Hose Configuration

Discharge hoses: 65 mm diameter, polyester filament polyurethane lined with wear-resistant waterproof resin, fitted with stainless steel quick couplings and clamps.

7. Intelligent Control System

Display Panel

Mounted outside the weatherproof cabinet: high-definition LCD with adjustable brightness for strong or weak light. Shows engine water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure and RPM in real time, plus equipment status (standby, running, fault).

Alarm Devices

Audible-visual alarms and indicator lights beside the display panel give an immediate warning when a fault occurs.

Control Buttons

Start, stop and emergency-stop buttons in waterproof, dust-proof design. The emergency stop is a red mushroom-head button, raised above the panel for fast access.
