The Zhonghui Teceng ZGT-3000-15 type all-terrain hydraulic crawler-type drainage robot is a large-scale autonomous emergency drainage equipment developed by Huangshan Zhongguangtai Special Equipment Co., Ltd. 1. Power and Drive System
Equipped with a 150KW diesel engine (with national III emission standards), it adopts hydraulic motor drive and rubber track walking mode, suitable for various road surfaces (including muddy, sandy, and waterlogged areas) without damaging the road surface. The engine's rated speed is 1500r/min, the fuel tank capacity is ≥ 96L, and it can ensure continuous operation at full power for more than 8 hours; the hydraulic system flow rate is ≥ 200L/min, pressure is ≥ 210bar, providing strong power for the walking and drainage modules."
"2. Efficient drainage capacity
Equipped with 2 hydraulic submersible drainage pumps (each pump has a rated flow of 1500m3/h, total flow of 3000m3/h), with a lift height of ≥15m and an outlet diameter of 300mm (DN300). The pumps are installed on a telescopic slide frame (travel range 0-500mm), allowing for front and rear inclination, up and down adjustment, suitable for different water levels. The minimum pumping depth is ≤380mm, the water depth under water is ≥500mm. The water hose can be directly dragged to discharge water to an area 500 meters away."

Supports remote wireless remote control (distance ≥ 500 meters), capable of controlling functions such as movement, engine start-stop, and pump operation. The remote control device comes with a fuel level alarm indication. Equipped with a digital intelligent control system, a Chinese visual interface monitors real-time operating parameters, featuring multiple protections against leakage, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, etc., and includes an emergency stop button. Integrated with a collision avoidance radar module (IP68 protection, measurement range ≥ 4 meters, accuracy ≤ 0.05m), enhancing operational safety."

The overall vehicle dimensions are ≤ 3400 × 1800 × 2100 mm, and the weight is ≤ 3800 kg. The structure is compact and easy to transport. It has an external hydraulic output interface, which can be connected to hydraulic pumps, circular saws, and other demolition tools to expand the operation scenarios. The standard configuration includes a 80-meter DN300 polyester long filament polyurethane water hose (working pressure 0.9 MPa, burst pressure 3.2 MPa) and a stainless steel quick connector, which is suitable for efficient flood drainage needs."
